OnLine Al-Anon Al-Anon Family Groups on the Internet. Maintains e-mail lists and real time online chat meetings. Has a section on "Confidentiality on the Internet". Primarily US oriented. I don't know the percentage of UK participation but probably worth checking out if regular "face-to-face" meetings are difficult to find or attend.
